Our YG-RLM(D) series mechanical heat meter is a new-generation integrated single-flow heat meter evolved from our mature YG-RLM platform, tailored for the European and Russian markets. Built with advanced nonmagnetic sensing technology, this compact, lightweight single-flow heat meter delivers reliable thermal energy measurement for both heating and cooling systems in residential and light commercial settings. With a working temperature range of 4℃ to 95℃, it supports optional measurement units of kWh or Gcal, and flexible communication protocols including M-BUS, RS-485, and pulse output to fit diverse system integration needs. This meter fully complies with Class 2 metering requirements of EN1434 and CJ128 standards, ensuring consistent and accurate billing for energy management projects.
Adopting industry-leading nonmagnetic flow sensing technology, our residential heat meter achieves a 100:1 measuring range ratio (qs/qi) and ultra-low startup flow rate, capturing even minimal energy consumption to eliminate billing discrepancies. It maintains stable Class 2 accuracy across its full operating range, with a 3℃ minimum temperature difference, adapting to variable heating and cooling load conditions.
This PT1000 heat meter supports horizontal and vertical installation to fit diverse pipeline layouts, with an embedded removable structure that prevents damage during on-site adjustment. The 360° rotatable display and inclined LCD optimize reading convenience for installers, cutting on-site work time.
Equipped with a high-capacity lithium battery, the meter delivers over 6 years of service life, minimizing maintenance costs for long-term projects. It features renewable payment settlement settings and 18-month local data storage, ensuring full data traceability for energy billing and audits.
With optional M-BUS, RS-485, and pulse output, our RS485 heat meter and M-BUS heat meter easily integrate into centralized energy management systems, enabling real-time data collection, remote monitoring, and smart billing for large-scale projects.
