Ultransonic Heat Meater Large size(DN50-200)

Water will release heat if temperature decreases.Released heat is ratable with temperature difference and flowing volume through meter.
Flowing volume signal comes from flow sensor, temperature difference comes from temperature sensor pair,as result the calculator will calculate heat according to the flowing volume and temperature difference.
Measurement unit: Kwh, Gcal for option
For Ultrasonic heat meter, communication via M-BUS, RS-485

Temperature sensor pair
Temperature sensor pair PT1000 meets Norm. DIN EN60751
Sensor is soldered on PCB. The length of sensor lead is 3m. (Optional 10m)
Diameter of sensor is Ф5.2mm(optional Ф8.0mm )
Measuring Features:

The max tolerance is shown in the curve below:
E=±(3+4Δθmin/Δθ+0.02qp/q)%
Therein,Δθmin means the minimum temperature difference, and Δθthe actual temperature difference.
I instruction for Mounting
Before installation, please clean the pipe so sundries like stone have not be in the pipeline
During installation, please don’t rotate the electronic componets.And during moving, please don’t catch the indicator.
During installation,don’t catch, rotate and touch the spare parts in the pipeline. Avoid touching the meter body and damage the wire.
During installation and using, don’t pull the wire and prevent it damage.
During installation, please leave enough space for checking and repairing.
II Heat meter installation instructions
Please leave the installation place according to the actual size of heat meter.
Please put the bilateral flange on the pipeline.(don’t weld)
Install the heat meter and sealing gaskets on the pipeline simply.
Use electrode holder to locate the flange.
Take down heat meter
Weld the flange of pipe and avoid it leak water.
Install heat meter
Strongly recommend to install the expansion pipe on the place which the distance satisfy 2 times pipe diameter behind the installation postion of heat meter. Convenience installation.
Recommend install valve in front of meter,valve behind meter and instrainer.Easy check and repair.
