The YG-RLM(C)-15-40 series ultrasonic heat meters are advanced, high-precision metering devices designed for reliable heat and cold energy measurement in heating and cooling systems. Developed and manufactured by a leading Chinese high-tech enterprise with a 42,600 square meter production center and an annual output of over 1.5 million metering devices, these meters deliver consistent performance for business clients across Europe, Africa, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia.
Operating on the principle of ultrasonic flow measurement, the meter calculates released or absorbed energy by synchronizing flow rate data from the ultrasonic flow sensor and temperature difference data from a matched Pt1000 temperature sensor pair. It supports customizable measurement units including kWh and Gcal, and complies with strict international and national standards such as EN 1434 metrological class B and CJ128 metrological class 2. With optional M-BUS and RS-485 communication protocols, this series is fully compatible with centralized energy management systems, making it an ideal choice for commercial project contractors, heating system integrators, and municipal heating suppliers. Custom OEM/ODM solutions are available to meet unique project requirements.
Our class 2 ultrasonic heat meter achieves a wide flow range of 0.03~20m³/h with an ultra-low starting flow rate, ensuring accurate measurement even in low-flow conditions. It features a non-mechanical design with no moving parts, eliminating abrasion and maintaining consistent precision throughout its service life, unaffected by operating time. The meter is fully immune to external magnetic interference, and its built-in high-performance battery delivers a service life of over 10 years, reducing maintenance costs for large-scale projects.
This M-BUS ultrasonic heat meter supports both horizontal and vertical installation in running pipes, with optional mounting on either the forward or return flow line. It can measure both heat and cold energy, with a minimum measurable temperature difference of 3℃ and a working temperature range of 4~95℃. The matched Pt1000 temperature sensor pair complies with DIN EN60751, with a standard 1.5m lead length (customizable to 3m or 10m) to fit diverse pipeline layouts.
Designed for centralized energy management, the meter features intelligent on-board data recording for cumulative energy consumption and flow volume, with full traceability of historical data. The default M-BUS communication and optional RS-485 interface enable seamless remote monitoring and data transmission, making it perfect for large-scale residential and commercial heating projects requiring centralized control.
